🧭 Can I visit your showroom?

Yes, you can! Our showroom in Tongeren-Borgloon can only be visited on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 21:00. For all other days and weekends, an appointment must be made in advance, of course free of charge. This way, we can personally advise you and show you products that fit your mission. 📦 Are all products in stock?

We work with a targeted stock, demo models, supplemented with products available for pre-order or quick reordering from our brands. If a product says "on order," it will be ordered especially for you – with an estimated delivery time stated with the item.

🔁 Can I exchange or return an item?

Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Just send us an email at info@ttmgear.com and we'll help you quickly. Products must be unused and in their original condition.

Absolutely – that is literally what Tailored to The Mission stands for.
No standard lists or mass production, but equipment tailored to your mission: whether that's a trail run, mountain hike, triathlon, or expedition.

Our approach is simple, yet well-considered:

1. Intake interview – we listen to your goal, experience, context, and budget

2. Custom equipment list – carefully compiled based on practical experience

3. Showroom visit – you visit by appointment to review the list together and handle selected products

This guidance is subject to a fee but is partially offset by your purchase. This way, we guarantee that you leave with a gear pack that is perfect – down to the details.
