Reflection Period and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Personalized or customized products cannot be returned.
- Promotional items are exchangeable only, not refundable.
Refund
Once we receive and approve your return, we will refund the full purchase price, including any shipping costs (excluding return shipping), within 7 business days.
The refund will be made via the original payment method.
Returns Procedure
Send an email to info@ttmgear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm whether your return meets the requirements.
- You will receive our return address and further instructions.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless there was an error on our part.
Damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We'll always find a suitable solution (replacement or refund).
