Shipping policy
Shipping Costs
For orders within Belgium and the Netherlands, we charge a flat shipping cost of €6.95. Orders over €50 are shipped free within Belgium and the Netherlands.
For the rest of Europe, a €17 shipping fee applies. This fee is waived for orders over €150.
Delivery Time
Tailored to The Mission is driven by a passion for functional, high-quality equipment.
I do this because I love sharing my knowledge of the right gear with people who truly need it.
All orders are processed with care within a maximum of 5 business days. In exceptional cases, it may take a little longer, but I will keep you personally informed.
If a product is out of stock, it will be ordered from the supplier. In that case, you will be notified by email of the estimated delivery time.
Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track & trace code by email.
Expected delivery time after shipment:

Belgium: 1–2 business days
- Netherlands: 2–4 business days

Shipping methods
We ship standardly with Bpost, PostNL, or DPD, depending on the destination and package type.
Pickup available
Pickup is available by appointment in Tongeren-Borgloon. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
International shipping
We happily ship to all countries within the European Union.
Although TTM is a small, one-man business, we ensure that your order is carefully packaged and shipped, wherever you are in Europe.

Wrong address or error?
