Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from TTM Gear and to every distance contract concluded between TTM and the consumer.

Article 3 – Offer
We strive to display all product information as accurately as possible. Minor variations are possible, especially with handmade or custom-made products. Some items are only available on backorder. In that case, you will be notified on the product page.

Article 4 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded upon payment via the webshop. You will automatically receive confirmation of this via email.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.
Exceptions: custom-made items, used products, or products with a broken hygienic seal.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 6 – Prices and Payment
All listed prices include VAT.
You can pay by Bancontact, credit card, QR code, or cash upon collection (by appointment).

Article 7 – Delivery & Collection
We ship within Belgium and Europe.
Free shipping for orders over €75 for Belgium and the Netherlands.
Free shipping for orders over €150 is available for the rest of Europe.
In-stock items are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed on order will be delivered later.
Collection is possible by appointment.

Article 8 – Warranty
All products are covered by the statutory warranty. TTM only sells high-quality products from trusted brands. We are happy to assist you with any manufacturing defects.

Article 9 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe via info@ttmgear.com. We will handle every complaint within 5 business days.

Article 10 – Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (e.g., illness, pandemic, supplier delays), we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or cancel deliveries.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property
All texts, photos, and designs on this website are the property of TTM or have been used with the permission of the respective brands. Nothing may be copied without written permission.
