Our mission from the beginning, in 2006, was to develop better and safer solutions for people traveling in wet or sandy conditions. Back then, the brand was called Piteraq Hardware. As we sought to take our products and development to the next level, we also felt the products needed a fresh start. A new brand name was born.

Working with leading special forces personnel, outdoor and expedition specialists, we have long supplied bags suitable for everything from maritime operations to Arctic expeditions and Himalayan climbing.
Our products feature unparalleled functionality, the very best components and are designed for use in the toughest conditions.

Development and special projects

Our development team consists of ex-military personnel with a background in special operations and designers/developers with expertise in outdoor, climbing and expedition activities.

The main objective of Halite's development group is to develop, test and produce customized products, tailored to the customer's needs and wishes.

Halite can act as a pure consultant in the various development phases or guide the product from idea and design to mass production.
