Developed in collaboration with mountaineering legend Markus Kröll, the Steep-Line 25L+ is designed for fast ski ascents in technical alpine terrain. Made from durable Ultra400X material, it combines robustness with functionality. The pack features two shoulder straps for essentials and soft water bottles, an external zippered pocket on the back, and a pocket for keys or a wallet. A side stretch pocket offers space for storing the pack without removing it, while the ice axe holders double as side straps for rope management. The padded EcoPak EPLX450RS backpanel and removable 38mm hip belt ensure comfort. Other innovations include a magnetic roll-top closure, a removable, adjustable ski strap that also functions as a top-lid strap for rope management, and a base avalanche gear compartment that can be adjusted for rope storage on hot summer days.
