A ready-to-use sports gel with added water. This gel contains various carbohydrate sources with a gradual release (2:1 carbohydrate ratio). Carbohydrates contribute to maintaining performance during prolonged exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 30-90g of carbohydrates per hour during exercise lasting longer than 1 hour. This gel also contains 75 mg of caffeine, which contributes to increased alertness and helps support concentration. Available in Cola Caffeine flavour.
