A ready-to-use sports gel that already has water added. This gel contains various carbohydrate sources with a gradual release (2:1 carbohydrate ratio). Available in various fresh flavors. Carbohydrates contribute to the maintenance of performance during prolonged exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 30-90 g of carbohydrates per hour during exercise lasting longer than 1 hour.

This drinkable gel is ready-to-use and can be consumed without water. Take the Drink Gel just before or during an intensive sports session.
Ingredients: water, maltodextrin, fructose, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, flavoring, acidity regulator (citric acid), thickener (xanthan gum), preservatives (potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate).
Instructions for use: Take 1-3 gels per hour of exercise. Use depends on personal carbohydrate needs. Store product in a cool, dry place.
